Sheikh Abdel Rachid Ali Abdulrahman Sufi, also identified as Abdel Rachid Ali Sufi, is an accomplished Quran reciter with expertise in the ten Quranic recitations. He served as a former mufti in Somalia and currently holds citizenship in both Somalia and Qatar.
