A nuclear bomb is about to be detonated — now underground. Since nuclear weapons testing is prohibited, the military decided to announce that an earthquake is going to be occurred. Civilian specialists, brought in to work, knowing the truth, feel responsible for the lives of people they could kill just by earning money. Some drown their responsibility in whiskey, while others solve mathematical problems on the new “Feano” calculating machine. The talented mathematician Bob manages to block the detonation of A-bomb by altering the program of the automatic cart that was assembling the bomb. But in every flock, there's a black sheep, even when it comes to mathematical solutions.
