One day when little fairy Macriona is in town to buy a tinwhiste for school, she has a panic attack among all the people. Lucky for her, Janosch comes along. A man of special abilities, he can see her and help. He tells her he has panic attacks too, she is not alone. He starts her out on her journey of learning to manage her anxiety. Macriona learns techniques and tricks how to manage better and this includes sharing how she feels with Mary, her elder fairy.
