Yoga for Compassion

unavailable
Yoga for Compassion is an easy to follow 30 minute session that combines a series of gentle yoga postures with simple elements of the Metta Bhavana meditation on loving kindness.
“If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.” The Dalai Lama.

The Yoga for Compassion session has been created to provide an opportunity to develop and extend compassion towards ourselves and others. By doing this we can create positivity and develop a selfless quality of kindness. This allows us to help another in need, without judgment or pity and without looking for any recognition. Compassion is sincere, genuine and selfless, it is the sacred element that flows throughout the heart chakra.
The Yoga for Compassion session is devised and instructed by Sue Fuller. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has taught yoga around the world since 1995. Sue has developed a method of clearly instructing specifically for audio classes and recorded these sessions in a professional recording studio.
