Graham Allcott

Graham Allcott is a British entrepreneur, author, speaker, and podcaster. He is the author of several self-improvement books, including the international bestseller How to Be a Productivity Ninja (2013), How to Be a Study Ninja (2015), and How to Have the Energy (2020).

Graham Allcott holds BA Hons in Cultural Studies and Sociology from the University of Birmingham. He specializes in time management training, productivity, inbox zero, email etiquette and management, etc.

His best-known book, How to Be a Productivity Ninja, offers a fun and accessible guide to working smarter, getting more done, and learning to love what you do again.

Allcott founded Think Productive, one of the world's leading providers of personal productivity training and consultancy, with offices in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and the Netherlands.

Past positions encompass the roles of Chief Executive of Student Volunteering England, Head of Volunteering at the University of Birmingham, and an advisor to the UK Government Red and Blue on youth volunteering policy.

Allcott is also the host of the Beyond Busy podcast, which explores the issues of productivity, work/life balance, and how people define happiness in their lives.
