His upcoming books from Crooked Cat are Catacomb and Cataclysm.Nik Morton is the author of two psychic spy Cold War thrillers The Prague Papers and The Tehran Text, a collection of 22 crime short stories, Spanish Eye, a modern vigilante crime thriller, Sudden Vengeance, Blood of the Dragon Trees, Catalyst (all Crooked Cat), and Write a Western in 30 Days (John Hunt). His fantasy quest novel is Wings of the Overlord (Knox Robinson), with Gordon Faulkner. Writing as Ross Morton, Nik has 6 Robert Hale western novels published: Death at Bethesda Falls, Last Chance Saloon, The $300 Man, Blind Justice at Wedlock and Old Guns, and The Magnificent Mendozas. He’s the editor of A Fistful of Legends, 21 stories of the Old West, which contains a generous Introduction by James Reasoner. He also wrote the Cash Laramie adventure, Bullets for a Ballot.He sold his first story in 1971 and has had many articles and 120 short stories published, including ‘Spend it now, pay later’ in the Beat to a Pulp - Round One anthology.
