This audio is designed to support deep, comfortable sleep while helping the mind release drinking habits in a calm and steady way.

The guidance is slow, clear, and easy to follow, allowing the body to relax without pressure or struggle.

There is no need for willpower or effort.

Sleep remains the focus while the subconscious receives gentle, supportive suggestions.

As the body settles into rest, patterns linked to drinking are addressed quietly at a deeper level of the mind.

The language is reassuring and balanced, helping the nervous system feel safe and relaxed.

Breathing stays smooth.

Tension eases.

The mind becomes calmer and more stable.

This recording fits naturally into a nighttime routine and can be used regularly without strain.

The hypnosis works in the background, encouraging healthier choices while sleep stays deep and uninterrupted.

Nothing needs to be resisted or forced.

Change happens gradually and comfortably during rest.

With continued listening, many people notice fewer urges, improved sleep quality, and a stronger sense of control during the day.

The focus remains on rest first and lasting change second.

Sleep becomes a supportive space where the mind learns to let go naturally, without stress or effort.
