I've been cleared from Palmoplantar Pustulosis since 2011.

I've been through the painful journey from the first PPP outbreak to 100% recovery.

I know what a life-destroying disease Palmoplantar Pustulosis is. My passion is to help other fellow PPP sufferers to take control of their own health, which is the reason I ended up writing this book. I am focused on helping other PPP sufferers to find inspiration and motivation towards healing naturally and finding the right tools to succeed.

This book is about what causes Palmoplantar Pustulosis, the symptoms, The diagnosis process, what needs to be done to heal, and how you can turn your life around by using a natural approach and repairing a non-functional immune system to a workable one.

After spending countless hours researching and reading studies and books about immunology and the immune system and studying medical research journals, I have an in-depth understanding of what needs to be done to optimise one’s health.

This is what I share with you in this book.

What is Palmoplantar Pustulosis?
Topical ointment and treatments for Palmoplantar Pustulosis
A knowledge and an understanding of how the immune system works
My own PPP Journey and healing success story
How to improve your immune system with diet by just eating the right types of food and what not to eat
Why you need to supplement on certain vitamins and minerals and which ones to take
How to get to the root of what is causing Palmoplantar Pustulosis as this is individual and the triggers are not the same for everybody.
And much more…

There is a solution and there is a way out of the PPP darkness.
