Is a pretty predictable story except for the part that she kills most of the town...
Carrie was a bullied girl, a victim with no friends and a religious fanatical mother. She didn't know about her telepathic powers because that was subtracted from her memory via punishment and what I would like to think was a brain wash.
The story is based on abuse, bullying, revenge, fear. Obviously not a happy ending type of story, not that I was expecting that.
For me is a 3 stars ⭐️, because it was so predictable, maybe that was the intention.

This is the girl they keep calling a monster. I want you to keep that firmly in mind. The girl who could be satisfied with a hamburger and a dime root beer after her only school dance so her momma wouldn't be worried . . .

Carrie supposed they thought they were very chic, but to her they looked like cigarette girls in an old gangster movie.
