This is an excellent recipe book focused on headache and migraine. The best thing about this book is range of recipes. It has everything for everyone for every time. You can find healthy choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and quick bites.
I have given this a miss as well, what we expect from a CSN is more than a recipe. There should be some brief about benefits each recipe can bring. Furthermore, there should be meal plans to address specific condition of headache or migraine.
But overall it is a great book.
