Her first year at the academy finally over, Lera returns home for the summer. Unfortunately for her, she’s barely been there an hour before she receives a marriage proposal. And it doesn’t end there, as Lera then learns Lord Peylon has plans for her that she wasn’t even aware of! It turns out that her suitor isn’t the only one interested in her future…
Nonetheless, Lera is home and that means going into the Mystic Forest, seeing old friends, and attending the annual hunting festival. But when some jewelry goes missing, unwanted visitors rear their overdressed heads, and knights from the royal capital start tromping around the forest for mysterious reasons, Lera finds her summer a little less relaxing than she had hoped.
