    There is just so much information out there, and a lot of it is biased or conflicting. The diet is used to put your body into a state of ketosis, where you are burning more calories, because of your increased fat reserves. Eating meat on a regular basis isn’t good for your health. Packaged and processed meats have been shown to increase your risk of heart disease and diabetes.
