It's time to every real estate agent first starting out has felt this. The real estate company in town that has been around for a while is probably the place most people go to purchase a house or list their own. When people in the area you are trying to sell and list are familiar with other agents, then they are going to go to those agents. This is probably the biggest reason real estate agents experience stagnation.
