During the Cuban Revolution, Che’s role was highly significant. Che is now a kind of symbol of revolutions. He is a kind of global insignia.

Born and brought up in impoverished and hungry country, as a medical student, Che travelled to several South American countries. He studied the people and the problems they were facing. He realized that the rich capitalists were suppressing the underprivileged poor farmers and working class.

Che became the voice of the poor and downtrodden. Having met Raul and Fidel Castro, his life completely changed and he joined the Cuban Revolution. His fiery speeches and great strategies enabled the Cuban guerrillas to overthrow the regime of the Cuban dictator Fulgencio Batista.

Che was a prolific writer and diarist. He prepared a seminal manual on guerrilla warfare. His bestselling book is his memoir about his youthful continental motorcycle journey.
