From active listening and open-ended questions to setting healthy boundaries, resolving conflicts with “I feel…because…I need” crystals, and planting seeds of gratitude, the Crew discovers that empathy, respect, and sincere communication strengthen friendships and communities. Their final triumph is launching weekly Wellness Circles where every peer feels seen, heard, and valued. Social Wellness Crew inspires children to practice kindness, confidence, and connection in daily life.
